Complaint to ABTA
We will always investigate and respond to your complaint promptly but if you are not satisfied with our written response you may then escalate the matter by complaining directly to ABTA who will assess your complaint, give you a response and if necessary you may escalate the matter even further to ABTA’s Independent Arbitration Scheme.
