travelplanners sends thousands of travellers overseas to enjoy wonderful holidays but on rare occasions, arrangements do not proceed as planned and should this arise we take the investigation of these matters very seriously.

As members of ABTA we are bound by and follow their Tour Operators Code of Conduct and we will investigate your complaint and write back to you directly as soon as possible but no later than 28 days from your initial complaint.
