A stay at Watersong Resort guarantees a holiday of luxury and comfort; the large, spacious properties found here each feature open plan living areas, facilitating a social atmosphere throughout the villa. The largest rentals include both a family room and a living room space, each of which have large, plush sofas for families to get comfortable on, and a high quality flat screen TV. These spaces lead on to the fully equipped, open plan kitchen, which features elegant, modern facilities and utensils, complete with a separate island unit that provides additional preparation and storage space. Every property at Watersong resort features a large, covered swimming pool and jacuzzi spa, allowing you to make the most of the lush Florida climate. The surrounding pool deck features a plentiful number of sunbeds, meaning each guest will be able to find a space to put their feet up and absorb the hot Florida sun. The sunbeds also come with pool towels, and accompanying small tables for guests to place a refreshing drink on while they sunbathe. In the evening, the pool can be illuminated with colour changing, underwater lights to create a relaxing ambience – guests can even choose the colour of the lighting, or allow the lights to change colour at a customised speed. Pool heating is also available, and unlike most other villa resorts, is often completely free of charge.

The pool deck isn’t the only place to have fun in the villa; a games room can often be found in the garage, where there are a number of games tables and arcade games to play. The games room is particularly popular with young ones, who love to hang out with their friends here, while playing a few games. The large, six bedroom properties have the capacity to sleep up to twelve guests, and can feature as many as two master bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, as well as two twin bedrooms, with varyious layouts. The master bedrooms are tastefully decorated and are extremely spacious, often featuring a plush, king size bed, flat screen TV and a walk in wardrobe. The master bedrooms are accompanied by en suite bathrooms, where you can find either a bath/shower combo, or a large corner bath and a separate, walk-in shower. There are another two family bathrooms throughout these larger properties for the remaining guests to share, each fitted with luxurious facilities.

The queen bedrooms each feature large wardrobes, flat screen TVs and a queen size bed, so that guests can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The remaining twin bedrooms are fitted with either two single beds or a bunk bed (with a single bunk above a double bunk). Both twin bedrooms are also equipped with TVs and large wardrobes, making them as practical as they are comfortable.
