Round off the evening at the Casino, connected to the EA Sports Bar and with all the popular Casino features.
Enjoy browsing the ships boutiques with jewellery, clothes and souvenirs to entice shoppers and visit the Park West auction house selling various pieces of art in art auctions. Check your emails at the various “Fun Hubs” web stations dotted around the ship replacing the often seen internet cafe. The main Lido Deck features a pool with outdoor movies and TV shows, hot tubs and lots of loungers. With a super choice of bars and restaurants in the area there is everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. WaterWorks features 40 interactive water features including a 47-foot high Twister slide and a SplashZone for the younger kids. SportSquare has lots to keep you busy with a mini-golf course, ropes course, a basketball court, jogging track, table tennis and more.
Cloud 9 Spa has 15 treatment rooms and has a Thermal Suite, sauna, steam room, heated stone loungers with sea views and a wonderful menu of treatments. The fitness centre has all the latest equipment and a wide range of exercise classes including yoga, boot camp and spinning.
Carnival Sunshine is the cruise ship kids adore with Camp Carnival entertaining children from the age of 2 years and upwards. Outdoor and indoor play areas, video games, spaces to hang out; sand art, swimming under the stars; sport challenges and various other activities keep kids busy for hours. Like all “Fun Ships,” Carnival Sunshine offers educational specialty programs too. Children can also decorate custom-designed Camp Carnival T-shirts, get their faces painted for themed activities, play bingo, make their own pizza and build stuffed animals in the Beary Cuddly Workshop. Older kids get their own, separate rooms (adjacent to Camp Carnival): Circle C for the 12- to 14-year-olds and Club O2 for the 15- to 17-year-olds. Circle C lounge has a dance floor, video jukebox, music, video game consoles and Fun Hub stations. Adjacent to Circle C is Club O2, a teen club where older kids can make new friends and dance to the latest hits from the D.J. booth. Designed as the ultimate “chill” space, this room also includes a soda bar, video game consoles, Fun Hub stations and a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system. The ship also offers numerous kid-friendly culinary choices, such as hamburgers, hot dogs, and 24-hour pizza and soft-serve ice cream, available in the casual poolside Lido Marketplace restaurant. The main dining rooms have a children’s menu with daily junior specials each night. Kids can also “dine under the stars” with the youth staff (allowing parents to dine on their own).
There are two Main Dining Rooms with delicious food and healthy options and plenty of other choices including Punchliner Comedy Brunch, Lido Marketplace buffet, Guy’s Burger Joint, BlueIguana Cantina, Havana Bar, Cucina del Capitano, Ji Ji, Fahrenheit 555, Bonsai Sushi, The Taste Bar and more.
Cabins and suites are decorated in muted tones with flat-screen TV’s, safes and robes. Suites are a real treat with larger, separate sitting areas, two TV’s, more wardrobe space and bathrooms with tubs. The Grand Suites have 85-square-foot balconies, marble-topped surfaces, full bathrooms with whirlpool tubs and VIP check in. Cloud 9 Spa cabins are located around the ship’s spa with a range of Elemis toiletries, and other added extras.
