Firstly, arrive in the cultural hub of Toronto and meet your Travel Director and fellow travellers for a Welcome Reception to launch your holiday into Eastern Canada’s famous cities. You’ll be staying at the Sheraton Centre, Toronto, which is centrally-located near Nathan Philips Square and the CN Tower. Enjoy exclusive amenities including a full-service, luxurious spa, an outdoor and indoor pool, and sauna, as well as a gift shop. You can also savour delicious local flavours at the two on-site restaurants and the Sheraton’s own café.  Feel instantly welcomed into one of the 1372 sophisticated, modern rooms including air conditioning, cable TV channels, Wi-Fi for a small surcharge and bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer.

In Toronto, the next morning go on a tour past Queens Park, University Avenue and the remarkable Provincial Parliament Buildings. There’s no better way to soak in the cityscape than from the top of the CN Tower, which you’ll have plenty of time to ascend and snap some pictures of the city.  See Lake Ontario beyond the city and Yonge Street, which has connected Toronto to the rest of northern Canada for over 100 years. The rest of the day is yours to embrace the rest of Toronto’s exciting attractions, such as the Royal Ontario Museum, with a vast collection of natural and cultural exhibits. The Distillery District is home to chic eateries and theatres in a renovated distillery from the 19th century.

After a relaxing night’s sleep, it’s time to visit Niagara Falls for an adventurous boat ride to the bottom of the Horseshoe Falls. If you’re seeking more of an adrenaline rush, head on a flightseeing tour over the falls for unrivalled views of the picturesque Niagara region.   See the Whirlpool Rapids and Rainbow Bridge shrink as you float upwards, seeing the luscious grass of Queen Victoria Park pass below you as you head past the American Falls and Skylon Tower. In the evening, have an immersive opportunity to connect with locals at a family-owned winery and Be My Guest dinner with wine. The Hilton Hotel and Suites Niagara Falls is appropriately named after its sought-after location overlooking the Niagara Falls. Make yourself at home with the modern, sleek rooms featuring an abundance of amenities, including air conditioning, 32” flat-screen LCD TV with premium channels, in-room safe, coffee maker, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi access and a welcome caddy. Rooms also feature views of the city or the majestic Niagara Falls.

The next day after a divine full breakfast, head to Kingston for a sightseeing tour showcasing its historic buildings.  Then arrive in the capital city, Ottawa, for a welcome tour, passing exquisite Gothic buildings on Parliament Hill, Rideau Hill and the serene downtown parks. Everyone will enjoy a delicious evening meal together at a local restaurant. The Sheraton Ottawa has been recently renovated to feature a timeless, chic ambiance in a convenient location just a few blocks away from Parliament Hill. Each room includes flat screen TVs, mini refrigerators, marble bathrooms and free Wi-Fi access, as well as the Sheraton’s signature plush beds. Enjoy having unlimited access to the indoor pool, 24-Hour fitness centre and upscale restaurants and bars serving delicious food.

Spend the next morning discovering Parc Omega, a natural sanctuary for local wildlife, such as beavers, elk, timber wolves, deer and caribou. There’s also an optional excursion on an Ottawa River Cruise, allowing you to see some of the city’s attractions from a unique perspective. The day’s journey concludes in Quebec City with its French-Canadian charm and quaint 17th century facades, where you’ll be staying at the Hilton Quebec.  It’s ideally-situated just steps from Old Quebec’s historical sites, a lively nightlife with restaurants and bars, and other popular attractions. Savour the hotel’s two restaurants, heated outdoor pool and 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness centre. Contemporary guest rooms all include spectacular views of Quebec, a Hilton Serenity Bed, LCD flat-screen TV with on-demand movies, a coffeemaker, hairdryer and in-room safe.

The next morning, head out on a fascinating walk through the narrow streets in Old Quebec City, meeting up with a Local Specialist for insightful facts about this UNESCO World Heritage listed site, echoing the beauty of an enchanting European city. The rest of the afternoon is yours to explore the rest of ‘La Vielle Capitale’ at your own pace. There’s an optional excursion in the evening to the Ile D’Orleans and Montmorency Falls. Here, you will see one of the first areas the French colonists occupied and the impressive Montmorency Falls, which are taller than Niagara Falls at 83 metres tall. Following this visit, enjoy a delicious dinner at Le Moulin de Saint Laurent Restaurant, where Chef Martin Pronovost creates sumptuous dishes using local flavours.

In the morning, visit a local sugar shack and sample some of Canada’s famous traditional maple syrup before having an authentic lunch there too. This indulgent vibe continues as you reach Montreal, the largest French-speaking city outside France itself.  Admire the glorious city views from Mount Royal. Tonight, stay at Le Centre Sheraton, which boasts luxurious facilities, such as a full-service spa, fitness centre and modern pool. Bright and airy guestrooms feature city views, a light-up makeup mirror, complimentary bottled water, coffee maker and tea service, LCD TV and ironing facilities. An optional evening at Le Relais des Pins Restaurant makes an unforgettable evening. A traditional maple syrup sugar shack, this family-style restaurant serves French-Canadian cuisine with live music. Learn about the region before devouring some fresh maple taffy.

The next day, explore the Island of Montreal with a Local Specialist for a sightseeing tour highlighting the glory of beautiful sites such as the Notre Dame Basilica, the vibrant Old Port area and downtown Montreal. You’ll learn about the city’s French-Canadian roots by spending the afternoon exploring the city as you please. This evening, there will be a Farewell Dinner with your fellow travellers. The next morning, it’s time to say ‘au revoir’ to your new travelling companions before boarding your transfer to Toronto International Airport.

Tyler
Tyler is your man! After having tried the high street and ‘main stream’ travel agents and tried to have a go at building our own holiday with little success I decided to email Travel Planners late one night with a rough outline of our hopes for a multi destination trip to America. The very next morning I received a call from Tyler Vockel.
Paula
This travel company was recommended to me by a work colleague over a discussion about road trips in California. I had tried for months comparing prices with quite a few travel operators for travel to California in 2025. I was advised to try Travel Planners for their competitive prices, and personal customer services. Having given them a try, I was put through to Paula Stanton whom I gave my proposed itinerary.
Shirin
Shirin couldn't have done any more for me. She was so polite, helpful and full of enthusiasm. Thank you Shirin.
