Car Rental
We take every care to ensure that the car provided on your booking, is large enough to seat the number of people travelling, however dependent on the amount of luggage you are taking, you may wish to change this. The chart below shows the cars that we can book with a handy guide to how many the vehicle can seat and how much luggage you can fit.
Important Information regarding your Car
Your Car includes the necessary cover, however the depot may suggest additional cover which can be purchased at your discretion, Please make sure that you check your rental agreement before signing so that you are aware of any additional items which will be charged. *We will not be able to claim a refund where additional items have been agreed.
The main driver (as shown on your traveplanners Booking Confirmation / Itinerary) will be required to provide their driving license as well as a Credit Card – please note DEBIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
If you are returning your car to a different depot from where you collect the car, you will be charged a one way drop fee, Details of this fee will be shown on your travelplanners booking Confirmation.
Drivers must be over 21 years of age and there is a supplement for drivers who are under 25.
Many cars will automatically feature Satellite Navigation, however this is not guaranteed, Sat Nav can be added for a fee, alternatively you may wish to use a smart phone application *data charges may apply.
To avoid any additional daily charges, please ensure that your vehicle is returned by the time specified on your confirmation, please allow for possible delays at the depot or for traffic.
*Please note that charges quoted to be paid locally do not include local tax. This may vary depending on destination.
